Summary
Join Instagrid as a Customer Success Manager and be the cornerstone of our relationships with key account customers. You will be the primary contact, ensuring a compelling user experience and driving technology adoption. Your role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships, facilitating product understanding, and spearheading growth initiatives. This position requires travel 3-4 days a week. You will implement negotiated framework agreements, expand your network within assigned customers, and promote applications across various business units. Requirements
- A proven sales track record, ideally within the construction industry, demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed targets
- Comprehensive technical understanding and familiarity with our product portfolio, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, backed by engaging presentations that captivate and persuade potential clients
- Willingness to travel within a predefined region to visit customers onsite, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs firsthand
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Committed to continuous self-improvement and process optimization, seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our team
- You must have a clean and valid driverβs license
- You must have a reliable vehicle to meet customer needs

- Implement negotiated framework agreements with major customers, ensuring positive impressions across all customer branches
- Expand your network within assigned customers, enabling their success with our solutions
- Promote familiar and new applications across various business units of key accounts through creativity and enthusiasm
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to users, making the product accessible and user-friendly
- Ensure customers have all necessary information for seamless product utilization, addressing inquiries comprehensively
- Drive high product utilization and ensure customers fully benefit from our solutions
