Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Customer Success or related role (e.g., Account Management)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned DACH customers, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and identify opportunities to maximize their use of our products
- Onboard and train new customers on product features and functionalities, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption process
- Track and analyze customer usage data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance their experience
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track key customer success metrics and report on progress towards achieving goals
