Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in project management tools, and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to handling challenges
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and motivate team members towards project success
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data to make informed decisions
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government clients to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates
  • Manage project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans as necessary
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports to senior management and clients
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and government policies
  • Continuously evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
