Summary
Join Regate by Qonto as a Customer Success Manager for the French market and play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with accounting firms. Your mission will be to maximize revenue through retention and upselling, and driving the adoption of our innovative platform. You will manage a portfolio of accounting firm clients, deploy and onboard new clients, support accounting firms in deploying Regate to their own clients, monitor client health indicators, provide technical support, and maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management , preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to sell and negotiate with various types of B2B stakeholders, while meeting sales targets
- Adaptability, proactivity, and empathy in managing trust-driven relationships with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, requiring strong personal organization skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounting firm clients, where you will need to achieve upsell, retention, and satisfaction targets
- Deploy and onboard new clients, conducting kick-off meetings and regular follow-ups to ensure their proficiency with the tool in coordination with the Accounting Firms Training team
- Support accounting firms in deploying Regate to their own clients through webinars, training sessions, and sharing statistics on their clients' adoption
- Monitor client health indicators to identify upselling possibilities with clients and achieve individual sales targets
- Provide technical support to our clients while understanding their operational challenges
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) for your client portfolio and align the solutions offered by Regate by Qonto and Qonto with your clients' specific objectives
