Responsibilities

  • Represent Quandoo and act as the point of contact for existing customers
  • Develop and maintain long-term, successful partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and measures to increase sales and utilization of partners
  • Share responsibility for the strategic and operational alignment of customer relationships
  • Support our restaurant partners so that they can make optimal use of the Quandoo system and have an optimal online presence
  • Actively work on existing customer issues in Germany, Austria & Switzerland
  • Serve as an interface between various internal departments and restaurant partners
  • Maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)
  • Prioritize partner satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you bring initial professional experience from the areas of existing customer support, hotel industry or gastronomy
