Join Quizizz, a rapidly growing EdTech platform, as an International Markets Manager focusing on expanding our presence in Taiwan. You will drive product adoption among paying customers through channel partners and direct school/teacher engagement. This role combines community building, data analysis, and strategic tool utilization to enhance the educational journey and achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities include liaising with resellers, building an educator community, ensuring exceptional customer onboarding, driving product usage, and proactively engaging with customers. Success requires proven experience in education/EdTech, deep knowledge of the Taiwanese education system, strong communication skills (Mandarin Chinese essential), and a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an educator and/or with edtech marketing, community management, channel management, sales, or a related role
- Deep knowledge of the Taiwanese education system, teaching practices, and the specific challenges and opportunities within the Taiwan market
- Existing network and relationships with resellers, educators and schools, and the ability to further build and nurture such relationships through hands-on engagement and effort
- Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing growth strategies
- Strong bias for action and a drive to constantly experiment and identify opportunities would be critical
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management to drive growth initiatives
- A passion for the field of education and a strong commitment to enhancing the learning experience for students and educators alike
- A strong command of written and spoken Mandarin Chinese / Taiwanese / Taiwanese Mandarin is a must
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, to effectively represent Quizizz on various forums and engage with diverse stakeholders, both offline and online
- Ability to build and nurture communities, both online and offline
- Experience with content creation, event planning etc
Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with our resellers and channel partners to achieve our joint goals of expanding across Taiwan with new sales, driving product adoption and eventual customer retention - ensuring long lasting partnerships across Taiwan
- Lead Quizizzβs efforts along with the channel partners to build a thriving and engaging community of educators in Taiwan with the goal of effective training, product adoption and brand recognition
- Ensure every customer receives a 6-star onboarding experience, achieving 100% onboarding success
- Collaborate closely with customer points of contact to effectively introduce and integrate Quizizz into their environment
- Drive increased product usage, identifying and supporting low-usage accounts to maximize their engagement
- Initiate proactive outreach to encourage and boost product adoption
- Maintain regular engagement through various touchpoints throughout the customer journey
- Capture and document insights from interactions, contributing to the voice of the customer (VOC) initiatives to inform and enhance our offerings
