Join Reincubate's growing, fully-remote team as a Customer Success Manager and lead the customer success team. You will provide delightful user experiences, own CS performance reporting, advocate for customers in product development, and optimize CS tools and processes. The ideal candidate is energized by helping customers succeed and cares deeply about their experience, working within GMT or CET timezones. Responsibilities
- Lead the customer success team to provide a delightful experience to our users
- Own CS performance reporting, using metric analysis to drive insight and improvement
- Advocate for customers in our product roadmap and our internal and external testing
- Optimise use of CS tools, processes, and systems to provide better internal data, better service, and to maximise team capacity through efficiencies and self-service options
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally, youโll have management experience running a Customer Success team
