The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, extensive business experience (ideally in SaaS and GTM), and proven project management skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
  • 7+ years of business experience, in the SaaS industry ideally in a GTM role
  • 3+ years of direct experience in Customer Operations, Program Management, or project management
  • Superior project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional and complex projects
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to represent complex data visually
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key initiatives and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor project risks and escalate critical issues to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks
  • Develop documentation, workflows, and tracking processes
  • Drive automation and process optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency
  • Communicate to key stakeholders, program progress and updates
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CS tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
