Summary
Join Booksy's global team as a Customer Success Retention Advisor and help ensure the retention of Providers by preventing cancellations and optimizing their Booksy usage. You will engage with Providers through outbound calls, offer tailored solutions, and provide guidance on improving their profiles and online bookings. You'll educate Providers on subscriptions, invoices, and payments. This fully remote position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in retention or cross/up-selling, C1 proficiency in Polish, good knowledge of various operating systems and software, and conversational English. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retention area or working on cross/up-selling projects
- A minimum proficiency level of C1 in Polish
- Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, web browsers, and MS Office/G Suite
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the retention of Providers by preventing cancellations and assisting them in optimizing their use of Booksy
- Engage with Providers through outbound calls to resolve concerns, offer tailored solutions, and provide guidance on improving their profiles and online bookings
- Educate Providers on subscriptions, invoices, and payments, ensuring they fully understand the platformβs capabilities
