Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, efficient assistance that fosters lasting relationships
  • Troubleshoot and ensure accurate responses to customer queries
  • Multi-task and manage all customer service platforms
  • Work closely with colleagues to create an extraordinary user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk and other SaaS productivity tools
  • Basic understanding of frontend or backend development
  • Knowledge or interest in integrative health or any wellness certifications
