Requirements

  • Have a proven track of experience as a Customer Success or Account Manager (direct responsibility for a B2B client portfolio) within the Performance Marketing environment, ideally from a MarTech/AdTech or a relatable SAAS company
  • Possess at least some knowledge about Google and Meta Ads
  • Possess business acumen and data analytics skills
  • Demonstrate a well-demonstrated skillset in team management
  • Be an empathetic and goal-oriented leader
  • Have a professional level of English
  • Be based in the UK or Czechia
  • Be open to occasional travels to meet our clients personally for regular business reviews

Responsibilities

  • Make sure our clients are seeing the value by highlighting our contributions and our positive impact on their business while preventing churn
  • Lead a team of 4 Customer Success Managers that covers onboarding, auditing, strategic consulting and supporting to optimise campaigns of clients across Europe portfolio
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying and helping to resolve their challenges and providing support to the rest of the team
  • Support the team to conduct impactful Quarterly Business Reviews for the clients, by providing feedback, training and making sure the client is able to see the value
  • Drive opportunities for team growth & development in addition to overseeing other related activities expected in your leadership role
