Summary

Join GoDaddy's Secure Certificate Services department as an Associate and contribute to building exceptional customer service experiences. You will research SSL certificate requests, review customer documents, guide customers through the validation process, and become a certificate product expert. This remote position offers a late afternoon/night shift (8-hour set shift between 2 pm and 8 am) and requires fluency in English. The role involves interacting with both internal and external customers via calls, chats, and emails. Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Research components of all types of SSL certificate requests to obtain the proofs required to issue the certificate and assure secure repository of relevant data/documentation that meets company requirements for auditing and review
• Review customer documents to determine validity and applicability to the certificate requests
• Lead customers through the request and validation process required to issue their SSL certificates with the ability to explain SSL certificate policies and procedures to customers in a clear and positive manner via calls, chats and emails
• Be a certificate product expert, synthesizing insights from the market with customers’ needs and policy requirements
• Maintain department goals and performance standards
• Be confident in phone and chat conversations with both internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SSL product and industry, as well as PKI processes and terminology is helpful
• Track-record of delivering results and increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-output, time sensitive environment
