Customer Support Associate

We seek At-Home Contact Center Specialists for full-time or part-time positions, responsible for qualifying callers for various programs and services via outbound and inbound calls. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge after a training period
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a home computer (not a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) meeting minimum specifications: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better), Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher, 8GB RAM or more
• Have a webcam
• Have high-speed internet access (download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10)
• Have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
• Attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST/8am-4pm CST)
