We are seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists for full-time or part-time positions. Responsibilities include qualifying callers for various programs and services through outbound and inbound calls. Professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential. The position requires a specific computer setup, high-speed internet, and attendance at mandatory virtual training. Full-time employees are eligible for various benefits after a probationary period.

Requirements

• Possess great verbal and written communication skills
• Have working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Demonstrate product knowledge after the nesting period
• Own a home computer (not a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) meeting minimum specifications: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) processor, Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit) or higher operating system, 8GB or more RAM
• Have a webcam
• Have high-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and an upload speed of at least 10
• Have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
• Attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm EST/8 am-4 pm CST)
• Have a High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Qualify insurance leads
• Recruit patients
• Set medical appointments
