Customer Support Consultant

Summary

Join our Customer Support Consultant team and thrive in a multicultural, multilingual, remote work environment. This role requires excellent English skills (C1 level), gaming support experience, strong RPG/mobile game/streaming platform knowledge, analytical skills, and a positive attitude. A personal laptop/computer and stable internet connection are also necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• Experience in gaming support is a must
• Strong knowledge of role-playing games (RPGs), mobile games, or streaming platforms
• Analytical and research skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
