Customer Support Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Customer Support Consultant for a luxury brand and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment while working remotely. Provide exceptional customer support via emails and calls, handling inquiries in the global CRM and building positive relationships with customers. You will accurately update leads, securely handle sensitive information, and apply best customer happiness practices. Success in this role requires excellent English (C1 level), previous luxury customer support experience, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. A personal laptop with sufficient RAM and a stable internet connection are also necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must )
• Previous experience in the luxury customer support
• Attentive to details
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via emails and calls
• Handle inquiries in the global CRM following established processes
• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Communicate with potential customers
• Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
• Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
• Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
