Requirements

  • Knowledge of Linux shell
  • MySQL
  • Experience with Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc.)
  • HTML5/CSS3/JS knowledge
  • RestAPI
  • Intermediate English level
  • Fluency in Ukrainian language

Responsibilities

  • Technical support via chat and email
  • Investigating and solving issues related to different products
  • Debug and troubleshooting integrations
  • Preparing and running queries in DB
  • Widgets Design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any programming language
