Join Gambling.com Group's dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative in the thriving online sports betting and gambling industry. This part-time position, with potential for full-time transition, offers a fantastic opportunity for fantasy sports enthusiasts to enter the online gambling sector. You will provide excellent customer service, addressing queries via email and phone, and utilizing the internal CRM system. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively and professionally. Flexibility is key, as operating hours are 9 am to 9 pm Central Time.

Requirements

• MUST have knowledge of fantasy sports and sports betting including season-long and DFS (daily fantasy sports) for all sports
• Your own working computer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
• Team player attitude
• Strong computer skills
• Flexibility - our customer service operating hours are from 9 am - 9 pm central time, and your shifts will always fall in between those hours, either starting at 9 or working until 9

Responsibilities

• Support in the day to day operation of customer service for the business
• Provide an excellent level of customer service, further improving the customer experience
• Take ownership and deal with customer queries in an effective, professional and compliant manner
• Investigating customer issues escalating these so they can be resolved as quickly as possible
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to provide solutions to issues that meet customer expectations
• Answer queries via email and phone in a timely manner
• Record all issues and queries using our internal CRM system
• Act as a support for additional side projects during slower seasons

Preferred Qualifications

An Interest in the online gambling space is desirable
