The position is remote, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with no weekends. A background check is required.

- Must be located in the United States
- This is a remote role that requires uninterrupted , designated work hours
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Process, monitor, and ensure order accuracy from entry to fulfillment
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions quickly
- Maintain accurate customer records, including order history and communication logs
- Oversee all order stages, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (production, logistics, billing and sales) to ensure efficient order flow
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM systems, order management, and logistics tracking (preferred, especially in the food industry)
