Requirements
- Hebrew and English at a native language level β MUST
- Customer support orientation with high analytical capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure
- Available to work from home or office
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Function as the primary customer contact for all incoming and assigned customer cases by providing technical support via phone, email, or other methods
- Escalate customer issues, and request assistance as appropriate
- Monitor the global βLeak Dashboardβ, contacting customers proactively to alert them about events detected by the system
- Address customersβ requests at all stages of engagement
- Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of WINT products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to quickly provide technically accurate and complete solutions
