Requirements

  • Hebrew and English at a native language level – MUST
  • Customer support orientation with high analytical capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure
  • Available to work from home or office
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Function as the primary customer contact for all incoming and assigned customer cases by providing technical support via phone, email, or other methods
  • Escalate customer issues, and request assistance as appropriate
  • Monitor the global β€œLeak Dashboard”, contacting customers proactively to alert them about events detected by the system
  • Address customers’ requests at all stages of engagement
  • Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of WINT products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to quickly provide technically accurate and complete solutions
