Customer Support Specialist

Summary

Join ABC Legal Services, a national leader in legal document filing services, as a Partner Experience Specialist! This remote, US-based role supports process servers by answering questions, resolving issues, managing work distribution, and addressing performance concerns. You will monitor work dispatched to Sheriff Offices and utilize our in-house application, Skye. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Answer inquires and resolve issues from process servers
• Oversees distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
• Work in Skye (in-house application) to ensure orders are being dispatched and fulfilled
• Monitor process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work
• Obtain status of orders via phone calls, fax, court docket that have been dispatched with Sheriff
• Collaborate with team members to find broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks
• Resolves issues on task board in Skye

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or IT experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Legal Process as plus
