Requirements

  • Have a strong interest in the energy sector and energy economics
  • Already have experience in written or telephone customer service
  • Love exchanging with customers and solving their concerns

  • Have excellent team skills and passion to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Speak fluent German (C1) and English (B2)

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the smooth operation of operational processes (such as customer changes and customer service)
  • Take care of quick and satisfactory solutions in case of disputes
  • Have an interest in energy-related topics such as market and EDIFACT communication
  • Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, chat, or email
  • Take responsibility for your own tasks and bring in ideas and suggestions to improve our processes
