Requirements

  • Have experience as a Level 2 Support Technician
  • Have experience with analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production
  • Have experience with operations in databases (SQL)
  • Have familiarity with Linux (terminal)
  • Have the ability to interpret server, application, and web logs

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the technical team responsible for the point of contact with our clients, connecting the sales team with different technology areas within the company
  • Assist new clients throughout the integration process and help them get the most out of our technology
  • Analyze, correct, and report on different issues detected in the production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with user interaction
  • Have the ability to understand code developed by others
  • Have the ability to define improvements for the platform
  • Be a good collaborator
  • Know how to balance perfection and productivity
  • Have a clear understanding of the important metrics in your field, monitor them in production, and easily detect issues
