  • Utilize customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and needs
  • Ensure that CX Operations comply with relevant industry best practices and Intradiem standards
  • Oversee the effective utilization of CX tools and technology
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures
