Summary
The job is for an Assessment Lead at Conversant Group, a global IT infrastructure and security consulting firm. The role involves managing security assessments, communicating with clients, leading kick-off meetings, coordinating efforts between clients and internal SMEs, finding and analyzing findings, building reports, presenting findings, updating templates, scheduling and coordination, and potentially supporting the transition from advisory to remediation.
Requirements
- 10 years + experience working in Cyber Security and or Infrastructure Organization, ideally 4 years+ in a management position
- Experienced Consultant: 2-5 years of delivering expert technical and/or cybersecurity advice
- Passionate Educator: Committed to educating clients about their vulnerabilities and improving their security maturity
- Analytical Thinker: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Eager Learner: Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies, with a focus on understanding cybersecurity and infrastructure and their complex interactions
- Flexible Worker: Open to remote work and occasional travel (as needed and infrequently) to client locations
- Effective Leader: Proven ability to plan, organize, train, evaluate, and direct staff
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and leading teams
- Company Culture Advocate: Ability to form relationships across all levels while modeling Conversant Groupโs culture and values
- Demonstrated track record in technical and/or cybersecurity consulting
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations, or relevant field experience strongly preferred
