Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a cybersecurity engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in vulnerability management, security documentation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NIST, RMF)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Active TS/SCI security or Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee project control and reporting
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards
• Manage threat analysis and documentation, transitioning to continuous monitoring
• Assist with security clearance processing and documentation
• Provide cybersecurity insights, system analysis, and policy reviews
• Offer flexible resource scaling for increased service needs
• Perform additional activities including ML Security Operations, Offensive Security, risk assessments, consistent communication, and detailed technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience (ideally DHS CISA)
• Cyber program experience
• SAFe and DevSecOps experience
