Cybersecurity Senior Consultant / Manager

Summary

Wavestone is an expanding consulting firm looking for experienced Senior Consultants and Managers to join their cybersecurity and operational resilience team in Luxembourg. The role involves assisting large institutions with critical transformations, managing engagements, participating in business development activities, collaborating across teams, and upskilling. Qualifications include 4-10 years of consulting experience, a proven background leading cybersecurity and/or operational resilience transformation programs, good technical understanding, ability to manage projects, excellent interpersonal skills, and comprehensive knowledge of at least four cybersecurity and/or operational resilience topics.

Requirements

• Solid foundations in consulting skills with 4-10 years’ experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (IT, management, or cybersecurity focused consulting)
• Proven background leading Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience transformation programs both operational and strategic

Responsibilities

• Managing engagements (totally or partially depending on your level of experience) with our clients, responsible for the day to day running of the engagements, including developing strategic recommendations and guidance, and ensure the highest quality service for our clients
• Participating in the business development activity of the global practice which will include full lifecycle from pre-sales support, identification of cyber opportunities & scope the delivery phase of engagements
• Collaborating and coordinating across the different teams and locations in order to participate in the development by creating thought leadership and marketing materials for selling and promoting our offerings
