  • General Ledger: Chart of accounts, posting profiles, account structures
  • Accounts Payable: Vendor management, invoice approval workflows, payment journals
  • Accounts Receivable: Customer invoicing, collections, payment processing
  • Budgeting: Budget control, budget planning, and forecasting
  • Fixed Assets: Acquisition, depreciation methods, revaluation, disposal
  • Advanced Financial Features
  • Financial Dimensions : Configuration and use in reporting and transactions
  • Intercompany Accounting : Transactions, reconciliations, and workflows
  • Multi-Currency Management : Exchange rate setup, currency revaluation, and reporting
  • Consolidations and Eliminations : Managing multiple entities in a group structure
  • Tax Setup : VAT, sales tax groups, withholding tax, and country-specific tax configurations
  • Regulatory and Compliance Requirements
  • Localization setups for different regions (e.g., Intrastat, EU Sales List, 1099 reporting)

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their finance needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout all phases of project lifecycle, from planning to deployment
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and training sessions for end users
  • Develop and document business processes and functional requirements for the implementation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and performance enhancements in finance operations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial solutions with other business processes
