Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience directly managing large-scale IT and/or enterprise applications deployments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (ERP) or Customer Engagement (CRM) a plus)
- Experience with implementation methodologies across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation
- Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide business, IT, and application/data/security strategy
- Well-developed planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Global implementation experience
- Highly developed and demonstrated business acumen, including relationship among program progress, client satisfaction and business priorities, employee/team satisfaction and program financial contribution
- Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate vision, progress, and anticipated/observed blockers with proposed resolutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consensus driven management style that supports a vast set of stakeholders
- Strong leadership, teambuilding, conflict management and motivational skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel up to 50%-80% of the time
Responsibilities
- Manage high risk/high reward, high complexity programs
- Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the program at both the functional and executive levels
- Work closely with MCA Connect resource management team to ensure adequate staffing of resources considering the multi-dimensional long-term requirements of the program
- Develop, manage and defend detailed program (including consolidated subproject plans), timelines, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans
- Drive program-level decisions and recommendations to client and MCA Connect management about schedules, prioritization, resource allocation and strategic objectives
- Manage deliverables, scope, and expectations beyond day-to-day project scope/schedule/cost parameters by engaging and advising client leadership regarding objectives and priorities for the upcoming 3-12 months
- Without requiring extensive involvement from MCA Connect management, Program Managers must be able to quickly assess the positions that client leadership is taking on the strategic/key issues of the program and communicate our plan to address in a manner that expedites consensus and firm action
- Proactively communicate and report status to executives, MCA Connect management and all other stakeholders. This is done by leveraging tools such as status reports, executive briefings, and active day-to-day team communication
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with project managers/coordinators, functional and technical project team members to achieve program goals
- Visibly employ project management leading practices as provided by PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards
- Actively provide leadership to project team members with respect to project management processes and best practices
- Continually establish and maintain strong advisory relationships with clients’ executive teams
- Have the ability to motivate and encourage both client and MCA Connect resources during challenging periods of a program
- As the program P&L manager, manage elements that drive program P&L performance, including – but not limited to – revenue, team member resource allocation/utilization, gross margin, client and employee satisfaction
- Manage the overall budget and profitability targets, providing the predictive financial analysis required to deliver accurate program status
- Support the MCA Connect professional services management team by reviewing client invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and providing overall program-level input to our forecasting models
- Cultivate and expand the client relationship, identifying new opportunities to improve clients’ business outcomes that result in new, closed/signed services opportunities for MCA Connect
