Summary
Join HSO as a Managed Services D365 F&O Sr. Functional Consultant and leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This fully remote role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA preferred) and 3+ years of experience in D365 F&O managed services. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting D365FO solutions, writing functional specifications, and analyzing business processes. Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other modules is essential. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting or related field
- Have 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on managed services
- Successfully implement General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter/FRx, and Project Accounting
- Have experience participating in all stages of multiple D365FO implementation projects
- Possess expertise in writing functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials
- Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and how they translate into ERP systems
- Have strong English-language communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Directly work with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 F&O
- Successfully implement General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter, Project Accounting, and Budget Planning
- Participate in all stages of multiple D365FO implementation projects
- Develop functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365 Finance functionality
- Provide system implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Proficiently handle data migration, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 applications
- Demonstrate strong English-language communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Follow up and work across organizations to help employees and clients
- Learn complex business functions and system processes
- Work independently or in a team environment and seek out information
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly
- Think clearly and calmly under pressure
- Act as a company ambassador: promoting the mission and shared values of HSO
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Public Sector experience
- Have experience with AP Automation
- Have SK Global Banking and Treasury Automation Suite knowledge
- Possess a CPA certification
