Summary

Join Arbour Group's client, a leading elevator and escalator consulting and inspection firm, as a full-time Data Administrator. This role involves collaborating with a team to collect data from vendors, manage data processes for proprietary software upload, and assist with platform management. You will convert data from various formats, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Responsibilities include aiding support specialists with contractor KPI data and vendor portal access. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with experience in customer service or data analysis. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Previous work experience in customer service, data analysis, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Experience working with third-party work order systems

Responsibilities

  • Access and Navigate Vendor Customer Portals: Retrieve data from various vendor portals and contacts, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently
  • Use Pre-Designed Workflows to Collect Data: Follow established workflows to gather data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and completeness
  • Track Data Submissions and Processing: Monitor the progress of data submissions, ensuring timely processing and addressing any issues that arise during the data collection phase
  • Upload Data to VDA Customer Portal: Convert and upload data into the VDA Customer Portal, ensuring it meets the required format and standards for platform integration
  • Perform Quality Checks for Verifying Accuracy of Data: Conduct thorough quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of data before it is uploaded to the platform, ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Maintain frequent contact with Director of Product Line Services, platform developers, sales executives, account managers, clients, and maintenance companies via email, phone, and virtual meetings
