Summary

Join AirGarage's growing data team as a Data Analyst and become a core part of high-impact initiatives. Build and maintain dashboards and reports, utilize SQL and Snowflake for data analysis, and leverage tools like Polytomic and dbt to streamline data flows. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in an analyst or business intelligence role, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in tools like Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms
  • Familiarity with a modern data stack: we use Snowflake, dbt, Polytomic, and Sigma
  • Great communication skills - you can explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and frame insights with business context
  • High ownership mindset - you’re proactive, curious, and driven to make a meaningful impact, even when the path isn’t perfectly clear

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals, surface the right metrics, and deliver insights that drive decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like Sigma and Snowflake to help teams monitor performance, uncover trends, and identify opportunities
  • Use SQL and Snowflake to dig into data, perform analyses, and support strategic initiatives across the company
  • Leverage Polytomic and dbt to streamline data flows and improve access to clean, reliable data for business users
  • Act as a consultative partner - you’ll be embedded in different projects across functions, but stay connected to the centralized data team for best practices and shared context
  • Drive your own projects end-to-end: identifying needs, exploring data, communicating findings, and supporting implementation
  • Create scalable tools and templates so teams can self-serve more easily and reduce ad-hoc bottlenecks
