Data Analyst

Summary

Join KOMOJU as a Data Analyst and leverage data to drive decision-making and business insights across the organization. As a Data Analyst at KOMOJU, you will work closely with various teams to interpret data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that help inform key business strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Strong background in data analysis with advanced knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel) to develop insightful reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience working with large datasets and understanding data integrity and validation processes
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Engineering, and Operations) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements or new business initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that help teams monitor key metrics and performance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analysis
• Work closely with the Engineering team to improve data collection processes and ensure reliable data pipelines
• Implement access controls where necessary to manage sensitive data and comply with internal policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery)
• Experience with data governance practices to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization
• Familiarity with self-service BI environments that empower teams to explore data independently
