Data Analyst

Summary

The job is a work-from-home role that requires collaboration with Development and Product Support teams to execute tasks, provide customer service, and perform data requests. The position reports to the West Des Moines, Iowa office. The company, DSI, offers various services and prefers promoting from within for advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of experience in IT/analytics or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel with 1+ years of experience working with large data sets

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly tasks that support each area of responsibility
• Provide customer service and ad hoc data requests
• Build reports for partner consumption
• ETL processing for data consumption
• Integrate new analytics platforms
• Build and distribute roll-up reports for SARA Plus programs
• Perform routine validation checks to ensure accuracy
• Work with development and other team members to consistently execute and improve processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A drive to understand the core issues and determination to uncover the solution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with MS SQL, MS SQL Reporting Services, Domo, and other analytics platforms
• Knowledge/experience of the telecom industry
