Data Analyst

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer or similar technical role
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field
• Advanced knowledge of end-to-end data infrastructure, including using data pipeline tools, data transformation tools such as DBT and data warehousing best practices
• Expert knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools to synthesize complex information
• A data-driven approach to performance marketing and experience utilizing large data sets to inform strategic decision making
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
• Be an Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a high level of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing our data warehouse; building and maintaining data pipelines, data models and automating workflows
• Analyze large datasets, build and develop dashboards, memos, and presentations to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
• Drive automation and lead implementation of AI tools
• Convey complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences, including executives
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through consistent data validation processes and governance practices
• Ad hoc support for cross-functional initiatives
• Be an Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a high level of responsibility
