Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer or similar technical role
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field
- Advanced knowledge of end-to-end data infrastructure, including using data pipeline tools, data transformation tools such as DBT and data warehousing best practices
- Expert knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools to synthesize complex information
- A data-driven approach to performance marketing and experience utilizing large data sets to inform strategic decision making
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
- Be an Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a high level of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing our data warehouse; building and maintaining data pipelines, data models and automating workflows
- Analyze large datasets, build and develop dashboards, memos, and presentations to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
- Drive automation and lead implementation of AI tools
- Convey complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences, including executives
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through consistent data validation processes and governance practices
- Ad hoc support for cross-functional initiatives
- Be an Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a high level of responsibility
