Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of well-rounded analytics experience, ideally with exposure to Digital Health, high-growth SaaS, and/or Mental Health industries in dynamic, rapid growth environments
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with executive leadership and product leaders, demonstrating the ability to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals
  • 5+ years of analytics experience focused on customer growth, engagement, and lifecycle optimization
  • 3+ years of experience owning and managing data products while driving their strategic utilization for impactful business outcomes
  • 5+ years of expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Redshift, S3, Databricks, Datalakes, Spark)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive strong business outcomes through impactful data projects
  • Successfully initiate and lead projects or strategies based on independent analytical findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical frameworks
  • Provide thought leadership and recommend actionable insights that deliver measurable results
  • Act as a trusted advisor on advanced statistical analysis, data science modeling, experimental design, methodology, and financial impact analysis, ensuring adherence to best practices across the organization
  • Conduct root cause analyses for critical business metrics, developing structured approaches to uncover key drivers
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to prioritize and implement optimization strategies effectively
  • Design and implement automation solutions for analytical processes, including experimentation readouts and self-service analytics tools, enhancing scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with data stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality data product requirements, dashboard scopes, and automated reporting solutions
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to support immediate data initiatives while contributing to the long-term vision for data-driven reporting and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics
