Join our growing Data Science and Analytics team at Figment as we seek a talented Data Analyst to analyze data, create reports, and deliver insights that directly impact our strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Strong skills in data analysis and visualization
• DBT, Snowflake Fivetran, AWS, and Monte Carlo
• Proven experience with SQL, GitHub, Sigma (or equivalent)
• Familiarity of working with Blockchains or in the Web3 space (nice to have)
• Strong ability to convey complex insights clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and reliability in data reporting and analysis
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges as they arise

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting pipelines. Query databases and process data to support decision-making
• Extract key insights and create visualizations to tell compelling data stories using our tools
• Work with internal teams like Engineering, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver tailored data solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to understand Figment's business needs and deliver solutions that elevate Figments operations
• Writing clean, reliable code in the development of scalable solutions
