Requirements

• Possess 1+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a comparable field, including work experience, internships, and school programs
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or social science field
• Have 1+ years of coding experience in R, Python, or SQL
• Possess basic coding skills in R, Python, or SQL
• Have introductory knowledge of Analytics, Statistics, and a BI software
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on complex problems, independently and as part of a team, while writing and optimizing R, Python, or SQL scripts for effective data processing
• Adapt existing tools and methods to meet evolving needs, balance workloads across various projects, and leverage solid machine learning and statistical skills to inform data-driven decisions
• Collect, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources, apply analytical techniques to derive insights, and create clear visualizations or reports
• Engage with internal and external teams to clarify requirements, address challenges, and develop tailored solutions, while documenting project status and updates in tools like JIRA
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, translate complex findings into accessible formats through written reports and presentations, and actively participate in team discussions to support collaboration and problem-solving
