Summary

Join ZenToes, a growing foot care e-commerce company, as a part-time, fully remote Data Analyst focused on Product Development & Amazon Market Research. You will conduct Amazon market research, track keyword rankings, analyze sales trends, extract consumer insights, monitor social media, and present data-driven recommendations. This role requires 3+ years of experience in Amazon market research and product development, strong knowledge of Helium 10 and e-commerce SEO, proficiency in Google Analytics, and experience with large datasets. Flexible hours are offered, with a preference for some overlap with PST. Compensation is $1000-$1200 USD per month, plus 10 sick days and 20 paid days off. The position is for an independent contractor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon market research and product development insights
  • Strong knowledge of Helium 10, keyword research, and e-commerce SEO
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis tools
  • Experience working with large data sets in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Familiarity with AI-driven consumer insight tools (e.g., Notion, ChatGPT, Brandwatch)
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Passion for product innovation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Amazon market research to identify product opportunities
  • Track keyword rankings and volume using Helium 10
  • Analyze category sales and trends in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Extract consumer insights from reviews using AI tools
  • Monitor social media for emerging trends
  • Use Google Analytics to identify emerging trends in consumer behavior
  • Present data-driven insights with actionable recommendations
  • Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes and industry trends
  • Analyze retail data, including MULO and Nielsen reports, to uncover market trends, competitive insights, and potential growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of foot care and beauty industries
  • Experience monitoring social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit)
  • Understanding of Amazon algorithm changes and their impact
  • Background in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Experience with Retail Data Analysis – proven ability to interpret and extract insights from MULO, Nielsen, and other syndicated data sources
