Requirements

• Have 2-3 years of experience in data mining, ad data analyst, or BI analyst or any similar role
• Possess strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL and Power BI (Tableau) skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST)
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core I5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and complete finance, sales and other data are collected
• Design monthly dashboards and reports using Power BI & HubSpot, and Ad Hoc requests
• Work with business partners to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities
• Clean and organize historical data
• Define new data collection and analysis processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Have 2-3 years of experience of ETL/ELT and visualization
• Possess knowledge of data management, data governance, dimensional modeling, data manipulation, data documentation, TSQL, or Python
• Have experience of advanced analysis
• Possess knowledge of data science
