Data Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years experience of analytical experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large data sets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present your findings in a clear and articulate way to groups of various stakeholders
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
• Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau)
• SQL skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis and communicate immediate business growth opportunities to relevant stakeholders
• Work with the sales, marketing and operations teams to provide data-driven forecasts and conduct in-depth brand analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and refine standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive strategies and tactics for growth
• Leverage enterprise BI tools to create insight-driving dashboards
• Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders and inform strategic decision-making
