Requirements

  • Applied knowledge of data & analytics tools and approaches across all data lifecycle stages
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
  • Proficiency in languages including SQL, Python, and frameworks such as DBT
  • Keen interest in visualisations and storytelling through data
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Experience with data compliance (GDPR and regulated industries)
  • Customer-centric approach with a pragmatic mindset, focusing on value delivery and swift execution while maintaining attention to detail
  • Deadline-oriented, detailed, and self-starting work ethic
  • Curiosity about business advancement and ability to act as a strategy thought-partner
  • 5+ years’ experience

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client dashboards and reports, including QA and data integrity
  • Refine client KPI models and forecasting processes
  • Set internal KPIs and analyze results for Product and Community teams
  • Regularly review data outputs to identify actionable insights to improve the business
  • Gather requirements and collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs
  • Communicate insights through data visualization and narratives
