Requirements

• Have a moderate skill set and proficiency within the subject area, performing simple to moderately difficult aspects of the role independently
• Support seasoned peers and management on more complex aspects of the role
• Work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems
• Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space
• Take ownership of the UX/UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools
• Support and contribute to data collection efforts as needed
• Help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics
• Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency
