Data Analyst

Summary

Modern Health is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Analytics team. The role will involve identifying key metrics, implementing them in the database, reporting out via Looker, owning client reporting, designing self-service dashboards, and partnering with senior analytics team members on strategic analyses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics or data science
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization
• Experience with Looker or an equivalent BI tool

Responsibilities

• Own and expand client reporting
• Design, develop and build self-service dashboards
• Utilize customer and member data to identify patterns and trends that can improve client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct data analyses using your skills in SQL, Python, or the tool of your choice and translate the results into recommendations
• Manage ad-hoc requests from the GTM teams and identify trends in the requests we receive as inputs to future automation
