Summary
Plivo is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics, particularly within the US market. The candidate should have proficiency in SQL databases, data visualization tools like Looker Studio and Quicksight, and experience in A/B testing tools. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, conducting customer segmentation, utilizing analytics tools to track website performance, ensuring data accuracy, developing marketing dashboards, and reporting on conversions. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytics centric role
- Experience in marketing analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and conversion optimization methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data sets related to customer behavior, campaigns, and website performance
- Conduct customer segmentation to identify high-value profiles for targeted marketing
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website performance and conversions
- Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with IT on data management
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
