Summary

Plivo is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics, particularly within the US market. The candidate should have proficiency in SQL databases, data visualization tools like Looker Studio and Quicksight, and experience in A/B testing tools. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, conducting customer segmentation, utilizing analytics tools to track website performance, ensuring data accuracy, developing marketing dashboards, and reporting on conversions. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytics centric role
• Experience in marketing analytics is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and conversion optimization methodologies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data sets related to customer behavior, campaigns, and website performance
• Conduct customer segmentation to identify high-value profiles for targeted marketing
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website performance and conversions
• Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with IT on data management
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
