Requirements

  • 3+ years of applied analytics in sales, finance, marketing, product, and engineering; track record of success
  • 3+ years of discovery and assessment of a clientโ€™s data portfolio, data tools, and data applications
  • 2+ years of data management and consulting experience
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure to use/deploy analytics solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge in at least one or more languages for applied statistics, data analysis, and machine learning - Python, R, Matlab, SPSS
  • Experience in design-and-build innovative data solutions, from discovery to delivery for clients and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Shape business and data strategy by performing analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, business forecasting, and applied statistics
  • Present your approach and findings to Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams
  • Execute data-driven business processes in collaboration with various teams
  • Realign client expectations when challenges arise (delays, change in scope, etc.)
  • Proactively and independently research knowledge needed to perform tasks
  • Identify potential technical solutions applicable to internal/client situations
  • Work with peers/new hires to help them understand and apply best practices
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate the overall status of a project
  • Participate in the technical design of systems, schemas, or pipelines and offer sound guidance
  • Manage a data ecosystem including ETL, data governance, reporting, and insights
