Second Bind is hiring a Data Analyst Intern to assist in project management, data analysis, and logistics. The successful candidate will create data dashboards, interpret data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and conduct research, among other tasks. They should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field, have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and project management platform, Click-up
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Create data dashboards related to operations
• Interpret data and provide actionable insights for management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct research and support the preparation of project documentation
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project materials
• Attend project meetings and take detailed notes
• Ensure project deliverables meet high quality standards
• Organize and facilitate meetings related to the project
