Summary
Join Ylopo, a rapidly growing marketing and technology company, as a Data Analyst and System Support! Requirements
- SQL coding and analysis skills
- Database, data warehousing and ETL knowledge
- Tableau, GSheet and MS Excel knowledge
- Pentaho and Postgres knowledge
- Analytical, excellent attention to details and high problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication
- Adaptable, can work with minimum supervision and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Good understanding of data management, data modelling, ETL and data warehousing
- The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for both main and back-up hardware
- Ram should be at least 8 GB with 100 gb Free disk space
- A headset with the noise-canceling feature
- 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main internet service
- Strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup internet connection
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze and document business requirements
- Collect, analyze and structure data sets based on requirements
- Analyze, design, document, develop databases and data collection systems
- Collaborate with a team of analysts and other associates to process information and visualize data
- Work with the management and other business leaders to identify and prioritize business and information needs
- Conduct SIT, lead the UAT and oversee projects from beginning to completion
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Monitor and maintain application and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide technical support, test and evaluate new technologies
- Support various business functions by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, work with cross-functional teams to source data and make it available for business use
