Join rockITdata's Emerging Solutions team as a Consultant focused on AI, Data & Analytics. We partner with leading healthcare organizations to deliver transformative solutions. Key responsibilities include data gathering, cleaning, transformation, analysis, visualization, and model development. You will create data visualizations, develop data models, and maintain data pipelines. The role requires a BA/BS degree, 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Must have a BA/BS Degree
• Must have 2-3 years of experience working in the data and analytics space
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
• Experience with at least one data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and transforming raw data from different sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets)
• Perform data wrangling tasks to ensure data quality and consistency
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Create basic data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) using tools like Power BI, Qlik, and other leading tools
• Help develop, test, and refine data models or reporting applications for predictive analytics or business intelligence
• Assist with creating and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring they are running efficiently
• Support the creation of detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, methodologies, and workflows
• Develop and test data workflows to transform, cleans and structure data for consumption

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma, Biotech or Healthcare
• Experience with Oracle Cerner
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation or wrangling
• Awareness of statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
