Summary

Join Frontify's Data team as a Data Analytics Engineer and drive innovation through proactive data discovery and analysis. You will develop and apply data products based on the complete customer journey, partnering with various departments to create valuable insights. Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Economics, etc.)
  • Have proven experience leveraging raw data to create insights
  • Have a strong background in enriching and integrating data from various sources (e.g., CRM, Subscription management, Consumption, Event level data) to support business needs
  • Have experience conducting thorough EDAs to uncover insights and present actionable findings
  • Be proficient in advanced analytics techniques, including PCA, cluster analysis, and regression models
  • Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, FP&A, Marketing, and Subscription Management teams, to generate insights and support KPI management
  • Have proficiency in data modeling, SQL and Python or R
  • Hold experience with version control, ensuring clear data lineage, peer reviews, and alignment across teams
  • Speak English fluently

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply data products based on the complete customer journey. With a focus on the product usage of customers
  • Partner with various departments such as product marketing to create insights that generate value for our customers, sales team, customer support and product managers
  • Understand and translate departmental data needs into practical solutions, acting as a liaison between the raw data and actionable insights
  • Engage in hands-on data modeling, working closely with business stakeholders and other members in the central data team to maintain data integrity and adhere to best practices
  • Independently manage data projects from concept to completion, aligning them with end-user needs and organizational value
  • Gather, organize, and document data requirements with clarity and precision
  • Utilize SQL expertise for advanced data modeling tasks, using our technology stack (Fivetran, dbt core, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, GitHub)
